Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Handmade Jewelry

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. If a piece breaks due to a craftsmanship defect, please contact us. Simply return all the pieces, and we will repair or replace the item when possible. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs outside of applicable consumer rights.

Our repair commitment does not cover lost pieces, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care or misuse.
